Coaching Package Options
1:1 Coaching Call
Not ready to commit to a package? This option is ideal for you when you need highly targeted support & guidance for an unspecified period of time. If you are feeling unfulfilled, unsupported, ignored, need to pivot, or you have just been laid off, it’s time to get assistance immediately so you can obtain the clarification you need for your career.
During that time we will work on the following based on your customized package:
Your investment is $250 for a single session.
3 Month 1:1 Coaching Package
This package is ideal for you if you need ongoing support for a short period of time. Whether you have just been laid off from your job, planning to pivot into HR or need additional clarity with the direction of your career; we will meet twice (2xs) per month, which equates to 6 sessions.
During that time we will work on the following based on your customized package:
- Deep dive into where you are in your career and where you would like to be
- Interview Preparation (understanding the different methods)
- Obtaining clarity with your career trajectory
- Linkedin Refresh (Profile update)
- Resume Update
- Avoid getting terminated (for those who are at risk of being placed on a PIP)
- Creating a plan of action for changing jobs
- Learn how to build rapport
- Linkedin Navigation & Networking
Your investment is $1050 for 6 sessions (The option to split the payments into 2 installments is $525)
6 Month 1:1 Coaching Package
This package is ideal for you when you need a longer timeframe to reach your goals. Each week you will have tasks to complete that will assist you with reaching your longer termed goals depending on your current situation and the results from the assessment. We will meet twice (2xs) per month, which will equate to 12 sessions.

- Detailed Resume Update
- Build a stronger network and relationships at work

Your investment is $2100 for 12 sessions (The option to split the payments into 2 installments is $1050)
